How we handle your information

GetIPTV Now (“we”, “us”) is a local business at 3237 King George Blvd, Unit 203c, Surrey, BC. This page explains what information our website collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

When you place an order or request a trial: your name, phone number, email, the device you’ll watch on (and its MAC address if you give it), and your shipping address if we’re shipping to you. We use this to set up your service, contact you about your order, and keep business records.

When you use the chat on our website: the messages you type, plus any name or phone number you choose to share. Replies are written by an AI assistant (powered by Anthropic’s Claude) unless a member of our team joins the chat. Please don’t share card numbers, banking details or passwords in the chat.

When you sign up for renewal reminders (getiptvnow.ca/stay-connected): your name, mobile number, email if you give it, your box’s MAC address if you give it, how you watch, how you’d like to be reminded, and the date and wording of your consent. We use this to remind you before your service ends and, only if you ticked that box, to send occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling us.

When you browse our website: if you stay on a page for at least 20 seconds, we record which pages you viewed, whether you’re on a phone or computer, how you found us (for example a Facebook ad or Google), and your IP address with its approximate location (city and internet provider). This lets our team see when someone is looking and offer to help. It doesn’t tell us your name or contact details.

Advertising: our Boxes and Order pages use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. To run the website we use a few service providers:

• Anthropic, to write the chat assistant’s replies
• IPinfo, to look up the approximate location of an IP address
• Meta, for ad measurement on the Boxes and Order pages
• Telegram, which our team uses to receive chat messages and visitor alerts
• SiteGround, our website host

How long we keep it

• Website visit records (including IP address and location): 30 days
• Chat conversations: 180 days
• Renewal reminder sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or stop being a customer; a record of your consent or unsubscribe is kept for 3 years
• Orders: as long as we need them for your service and our business and tax records

Your choices
